What date should I RSVP by?

Please send your RSVP no later than September 2, 2024.

Can I bring my children to the wedding?

We are unfortunately limited in seating, and we would like to provide a relaxing atmosphere for all guests. Please no children under 10 years old at the ceremony or reception.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail or formal attire is requested. Please no jeans or t-shirts, flashy colors, or full-sequin dresses. And of course, please no white dresses!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

PLEASE NO PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY. We will request that all cell phones are turned off and put away during the ceremony. Our photographer will be the only person documenting the ceremony. Photos are, of course, allowed throughout the reception.

Will there be transportation provided?

We will have a shuttle to-and-from the venue with three pick-up locations: 1. Southern Hotel in Covington, 2. Townplace Suites by Marriott in Slidell, & 3. Homewood Suites by Hilton in Slidell. All hotel information is provided on the "Travel" tab of our website. Pick-up times will be provided at a later date.

Will there be parking at the venue?

There is plenty of parking at the venue, along with parking attendants to assist, should guests prefer to drive.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be outdoors, rain or shine. There is a pavilion as a Plan B in case of rain.

How far is the wedding location from New Orleans?

The wedding address is approximately 45 minutes to New Orleans if you would prefer to stay there instead. Please plan accordingly on the big day so you are not late!

Have you reserved a room block?

Yes, the room block information can be found on the "Travel" tab of our website. We have provided two wedding block hotels close to the venue, as well as suggested accommodations near Slidell.

Will there be an open bar?

There will be a (limited) open bar, as well as wine and beer.

Where should we bring/send our wedding gift?

It is preferred that you send any gifts to the address provided on our registry. If you prefer to bring a gift to the wedding, we will have a table at the very front of the venue to drop your gift off before the ceremony.

What is the wedding day itinerary?

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 6PM. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the beginning of the ceremony to allow time to park and be seated. We will have a brief happy hour between 6:30-7PM while the transition is made to the reception area. The reception will be from 7-10PM. Additional itinerary details will be provided at the reception.

Will there be an after-party?

We are working out the details on an after-party. Location TBD.
